Aesthetics Of Essex Ltd operates a complaints procedure as part of its dealing with the patients complaints. This is in compliance with the Care Quality Commissions Standards.
Our aim is to give you the highest possible standard of service and we try to deal with any complaints as quickly as possible. The clinic staff will assist you with the complaints procedure, if required irrespective of race, age, disability or background.
The patients are asked that in the event of any complaint, you should speak or write to the clinic manager by emailing email@example.com with the subject line, “FAO Clinic Manager”. If the complaint is to be escalated further the clinic Director, Amanda Stokes will assist you.
