A hair transplant is a cosmetic surgical procedure that attempts to permanently re-establish healthy growing hairs in areas where hair is sparse or has completely gone. Often used to tackle male pattern baldness, it can also be used to restore hair lost due to scaring and isn’t limited to the head – it can be used to restore the beard area as well as the eyebrows – additionally, the treatment is suitable for women.
Hair loss can be caused by a number of factors other than inherited pattern baldness, including stress, bacterial or self induced. Our hair transplant treatment is conducted by Dr Ezequiel Panno – a specialist in hair implants, and hair transplants with 10 years of experience – and consists of two highly successful options; Follicular Unit Transplant (FUT) and Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE).
