DROOPING MOUTH
The characteristic of a drooping mouth is also referred to as marionette lines and Nasolabial folds. These appear as we mature and our mid face starts to lose volume. As we mature we start to lose collagen which keeps our skin structure tight and firm, as we lose this our skin begins to sag downwards causing a deep fold around the mouth area, which in-turn makes us look older.
As always, other factors can contribute to this lack of elasticity in the skin, such as smoking, UV rays and other environmental damage.
